We are a family owned business. Our philosophy is "if we would not put it in our home, then it will not go in yours."

"Awful service. shower floor did not drain away, despite Carlton relaying entire floor. Tiles were falling off the wall , the job was so poor we had black mould starting to set in. After 6 months of waiting for Carlton he sent around a tiling expert he knew, who informed me that the job was the worst he seen and had to take pictures in case of any claim or come back. Carlton agreed to pay this person, which he failed to do. He now has taken the cowardly route of simply ignoring all my calls rather than facing up to the issue. Do not use this contractor, the quality of work is awful. and Carlton is completely unprofessional."
