We had a communication problem. I contacted them in April and a technician came out, evaluated the damage, installed a weatherproof covering to prevent further leakage when it rained and said he would schedule me for the actual repair. May came. June came. July came. I called the company July ninth and they came back out to evaluate, then scheduled my repair for 16 July at 8:30am. My wife and I both had to work at 8am, so I stayed home and waited for the technician. 8:30 came. 9am came. I called the technician and he apologized for being late and said he would arrive soon. He did, and did the repair. I paid him in full. I am happy with the work, but they need to evaluate some things with their company. I wish them good luck.

awesome. came to look at my roof for an estimate after some leaks. took a look around, banged a few nails in, used some sealant and basically fixed the problem right there and then! Refused any offers of payment for his time. obviously I'll just go straight to him for all future needs.

Josh Guthrie of Athens Roofing stayed in touch prior to his appointed time of arrival, showed up early, quickly found & treated the probable cause of the leak we experienced during recent downpours. Courteously suggested ways to see if leak was abated given the rain forecast for this week-end - asked that we get back with him if not solved to our satisfaction.

Repaired a tin roof and told me the asphalt shingles on another part of the house were fine for another 10 years. Didn't try to get me to replace something that didn't need replacing.

Well pleased with the work Athens Roofing did on my house. The contractor stayed in touch with me and answered all my questions without feeding me any bull. They called the day before to let me know the time they would be here and they were here and ready to at that time. Cleaned up the work and the yard very nicely and checked and double checked to make sure that hadn't left any nails and trash around. Myself being a very picky person when it comes to someone else doing a job for me, I couldn't be more happy with them. Will definitely be referring them to friends.
