The installation was completed with strong attention to detail, and we were extremely satisfied with the finished product. We plan to have him back out to re-tile our shower. He also did a great job taking the extra time to answer our questions, and he really went above and beyond to meet our needs. On the morning of the third clean, J&K messaged saying that they were not coming & wanted to reschedule. We had a house full of company arriving that day and were depending on them to perform the service. Pros: Very sweet ladies, bring their own supplies & equipment, comfortable & accommodating with our pets and good communication. Cons: Not dependable; my only complaints with the cleaning were dirty streaks left on tile floor & not dusting all surfaces & furniture."
