Any little problem he seen with my house or appliances he helped me fix them or showed me how no charge including fixing doors not shutting, extending pipe from attic ac down home, and did couple extra little things for very reasonable price. He "got it".  After a couple of meetings and revisions we had plans that encompassed our ideas with his design knowledge and expertise. "Removed jacuzzi tub and existing shower plumed all new drain and water to other side of bathroom, finished out all walls, tile, and painting. Now have a roll in area for my handicapped scooter, huge shower area with various grab bars, multiple benches, three shower heads. New short wall with glass divider to stop overspray. Also widened additional doorways to accommodate handicapped scooter. Designing, planning, financing, personnel construction individuals and all communication and follow up were A+ Expensive - but you get what you pay for and at this stage in life i don’t want to cut corners and have any issues in the future with work that was performed."
