Then Landmark sent Brenovations HVAC for an AC motor replacement, and that turned into exposed wires, bolts hitting fan blades, missing parts, and complete disregard for safety near my kids? play area. If your door handle turns without opening, the most likely culprit is a loose or stripped spindle.
