Leonard had to cut out some damaged planks of wood, scrap off old adhesive left on the cement floor after remediation, level the cement surface then methodically lace new wood into place. He quoted a fair price for his labor right in line w/industry standards, worked diligently to do the job perfectly to my expectation & w/minimal waste of wood.
