"If I could give zero stars to this business I would. I would highly recommend for you to use any other cleaning services in the Victoria area. I have used Maddi and her crew twice now. The first time had no problems other than her showing up at 4 in the afternoon and staying until 2 am when my husband and I had work the next morning. (She was scheduled at 9 am) The second time I used her, same problem. First day she canceled, second day she came and actually showed up at noon. Do not expect her to be any earlier than this! As far as cleaning goes she will do an amazing job the first time so that you will schedule again but after that I would call the job less than mediocre. After she finished cleaning my house for the very last time she informed me she made price changes(AFTER she finished) On her website it clearly states 14 cents per square foot and she said due to covid and business being down she went up to 17 cents. I wrote her a check that she accepted and left. The next day she tries to tell me that she has lost her ID (in which she did drive to my home)and won’t be able to cash my check nor deposit it. She wanted ANOTHER form of payment. I apologized and said that I don’t carry that kind of cash on me. She then preceded to argue and then threaten me. It got so bad that I had to call law enforcement. I’ve never been so disrespected by a business owner in my life. I’m not writing this to complain, I’m writing this to save others from making a huge mistake!"
