They executed all my handyman/renovation requests which included, insulating and putting an underlayment on our cottage front porch cover, installing a ceiling fan and power outlet on the porch, installing a hard-wired ventilation fan in attic of our cottage and a gable vent, and framing the exterior of those vents to match the existing framing around the windows, hiding wiring in the attic that the previous contractor left exposed, and installing a small cover/awning over the back entrance.
