One Time Interior House Cleaning
I decided to treat myself to a deep house cleaning. I was so disappointed. The cleaner had to leave at noon so she could get her car to her husband to go to work. She'd come back Saturday. I started looking around and was dismayed by what I saw. I specifically asked since this was a deep cleaning if that included vacuuming under my bed. I was told yes. Could high areas , top of refrigerator, top of china cabinet be cleaned. Yes, again. Well not so. I called and talked to owner and he apologized and adjusted my price which I countered and he accepted. I told the, I wasn't interested in anyone coming back on Saturday to finish the rest of my house. Oh, I,asked if vacuuming the second sofa cushions was part of a deep clean..no, that would be extra. I have had house cleaners who vacuumed sofa cushions as part of a regular cleaning, not a deep cleaning.

Came and did 2 jobs then decided that my having an elderly cat in the house was too much. They were instructed not to clean the rooms with the pets -that was my responsibility-should have said no before taking the job.

We do a walk-through initially on each new home to ensure we understand everything that needs cleaning, we must have missed this. We enjoyed meeting with you and are disappointed that we could not continue the relationship; However we try to ensure safety with our ladies at all times and unfortunately the feces and throw-up was in several different places in the home. We understood the cat was sick and after the first clean assumed the condition would improve. Again we may have misunderstood due to your review saying that the cats condition was a result of age. We hope your cat gets to feeling better and as mentioned during our discussion we would be happy to come back and clean."
