"The ?professional? said our chimney didnt need cleaning , but did it anyway and charged us for it and then we had asked for at least a chimney screen so he sent his worker to hardware store to buy ?screen? to put over the chimney and we had to provide the concrete block to hold it down. I felt taken advantage of and it was not at all in the remotest sense a professional job. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! WASTE OF MONEY!!!!"
