Most recently, demolition and home restoral have been a current focus due to the ill-effects of Hurricane Harvey. "The contract sent out a crew to remove the old roof. That crew completed that in 1 day. The contract didn't get a roofing crew out for about a week after. I ended up raining & causing interior damage. The roofers installed the new roof but it was horrible! It was very very poor work. The contract said he was going to fix a few problems & wanted to get the balance of the roof job. We questioned why he didn't @ less replace the fascia before doing the roof & that's when it turned. The contract wanted to get paid for the roof job before he did anything else. After going back & forth about the poor roof job, the contractor agreed to return the deposit because he admitted that it was a poor job. He wrote up a agreement to repay the deposit but has yet to do so. After several calls, he stated he is out of business & will pay a little @ a time, when he get some money."
