"It Went great. David returned our call promptly. Came out and gave us a very fare quote. We set a date and time. David and his crew were right on schedule. They removed that large tree and debris completely. They trimmed up the other tree touching our roof. They literally cleaned and raked up anything left of the tree and debris. They did an incredible job, and they did it quickly. I can honestly say I was very impressed with there work and professionalism. I will refer David to all my friends and neighbors."

"It was good to have a comparative estimate for the damage our home sustained. I later found out that the company has a training company for insurance adjusters. The owners were trained by some of the top Insurance providers & wanted to offer the service to homeowners & agents. The ease of talking with them about the claim process & feeling less like a dummy for not knowing what is my insurance policy (they helped me with that too) relieved my anxiety a whole lot."

Lead Testing and Removal questions, answered by experts

DIY lead testing kits are available, but they often lack the accuracy and reliability of professional services. Professional testing is recommended for more accurate results, as properly certified testers can provide a thorough analysis, clear recommendations, and the necessary legal documentation if remediation is required.

You should ask a few questions to ensure that your potential lead removal professional is experienced and qualified to handle lead-paint abatement safely, legally, and properly.

  • What are your qualifications and experience removing lead-based paint?

  • Are you licensed and certified to remove lead-based paint?

  • How do you test for lead paint?

  • What methods do you use for lead-based paint abatement?

  • What do you plan to do with the hazardous material when you remove it from the home?

  • Do you do replacement and painting work or removal only?

Lead exposure poses significant health risks, including neurological, developmental, and behavioral disorders, especially critical in young children and fetuses.

Unfortunately, lead dust does not look different from any other type of dust. You cannot detect it with the naked eye. To determine if you have lead dust in your home, you will need to hire a local company to take a sample from the paint and test it for you in a lab.

Through air sampling devices and surface swabs in key areas of concern.
