"Showed up and spent about 90 minutes looking at the TV (which was already mounted to the wall) and talking to my husband. Said he needed a part and he had to go to Bulverde, Tx for the Home Depot (about 45 minutes away) because getting the part from the hardware store in town might be a liability. He never came back. He called a few hours later and said he had to go to San Antonio, Tx for the part. The company then tried to bill me over $600. When I protested they dropped the bill to just under $400. I have called and left messages but they will not call me back but I am getting multiple emails and text messages asking me to pay them."

I was only disappointed because, without checking with me, he installed a phone jack next to another phone jack, leaving a very unprofessional look . Also, although he tried very hard, he was never able to remove or override a greeting phrase in our Panasonic telephone system so that whenever someone calls, they receive twice in a row : "I'm sorry no one is available to take your call,. If you would like to leave a message...." So it seems a little unfinished. On the other hand, he worked for about 4 hours and now we can used our phone system; we had been almost 4 years without being able to have people call in."
