"Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."

He and his team were extremely professional and converted our whole master bathroom which was very dated into something very modern and beautiful. I had a garden tub which was removed, and the space was converted into a tiled walk-in shower with bench and niche. The floor was tiled, new cupboards were installed to provide more storage, the mirror was framed to give a more modern look, and the sinks and counter were replaced. I barely knew Gerbi's team was here working every day. They were so quiet and kept the area cleaned up every day. Within three weeks the job was completed. Gerbi keep me well informed all the way throughout the work, was accommodating of all my requests, and met all the terms of our agreement.
