Outdoor gas grill sevice repair and cleaning and gas log service we service all makes and models of gas grills, with over 16 yrs experience in repairs .let us be your go to service for Gas Grill Repair and cleaning and fire log installation and repair thanks

"Mr. Rick Carrero, Owner of Kings Grill Tech Services in San Antonio, did a phenomenal job with the refurbishment of our custom smoker, and he thoroughly cleaned our Thermador gas grill as well. This was the second time we hired him to provide grill services for us; because he did such a fantastic job for us several years ago too. Mr. Carrero also took the time to explain how to properly use our custom smoker, as this was the first time we had ever owned one. Throughout the process he was highly professional, straightforward, and encouraging. Moreover, his prices were more than reasonable, and there weren't any surprises. I highly recommend Mr. Rick Carrero and Kings Grill Tech Services!"

"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

Grill Repair questions, answered by experts

While there are many benefits to installing a metal roof on your home, there are some downsides, too. Zinc roofs, in particular, are susceptible to corrosion from overly salty air directly near coastal areas. Another potential downside of zinc roofing is that it must be allowed to expand and contract with the weather. This means special attention is necessary to how it's fastened to the home to avoid issues.

Most standing seam metal roofs last between 50 and 80 years. Certain high-end metals like copper or zinc can last up to 100 years if well-maintained. For the best durability, choose a low-gauge (thick) roof in a metal that works with your climate. Some are susceptible to thermal expansion and aren’t the best choice for all climates.

Generally, to install roof flashing, you shouldn't use screws. Rather, it's best to use either roofing cement or nails. For the best results, match your nail type with the flashing materials. If you have aluminum flashing, use aluminum nails, and so on. You can use the same nails for your asphalt shingles and flashing.

Metal roofs don’t inherently leak more than shingles, and when properly installed, they can actually offer greater protection against leaks. However, poor installation, improperly sealed fasteners, or thermal expansion issues can lead to leaks over time, so professional installation and regular maintenance are crucial.

The placement of snow guards depends on the individual roof, but typically snow guards are placed between 12 and 18 inches from the eaves, though they can be placed as close as six inches and as far as 24 inches from the eaves. A roofing professional can assess the roof and potential snow loads to determine the best placement.
