She quoted me a fair price for initial cleaning, along with a lower price for regular on-going service. We agreed on a day and time on that first phone call. Linda arrived on time and introduced her daughter Angela who would be working with her. We walked through the house together to point out specific areas of concern to me. Then the two of them jumped right in and got to work.
