"Team Enoch was fast to respond and schedule the installation. It was in July in Texas during the pandemic when my AC died and HVACs were on back order, but Team Enoch was able to quickly schedule and complete the installation without any issues. The team was professional and courteous, they showed up on time, and completed the job as promised, and cleaned up well after themselves. I did have some issues afterwards with the Google Nests they installed, but they returned my calls promptly and helped me shut off the self scheduling / smart features."

"The person that came out to do the quote for the new furnace and AC was fantastic. O2 Kool quoted us a great price! Then the installers showed up. I am not impressed as we had some leaks in the ducting, they did not offer mold resistant material for the plenum box and they could not think outside of the box when it came to installing our vent pipe. They were supposed to come out to do the follow-up. We received a letter that gave a call by this date or we will not come out to follow up. We were not home and did not receive the letter until too late. I called several times but did not get a response. We have two more units that need replacing. I am happy I did not quote with them for all three!"

"I would shop around. I think I could have a shorter wait time between when they figured out what kind of repairs you need and when they actually approve the repairs and get somebody out there to do the installment. It's just a long lots of time in getting the job done."

Nest Installation questions, answered by experts

Not necessarily. If you see a swarm of flying insects, it could be flying ants or termites, but not always both. However, since these winged pests are attracted to moist and rotting wood, there’s a chance that both species are present at the same time.

The hardest ant to get rid of is the pharaoh ant. Although small, pharaoh ants can spread infections in hospitals and are known to transmit infectious diseases in schools, apartment complexes, and office buildings. For this reason, they’re best handled by pest control professionals.

Termites are very hard to remove, especially if you don’t work with a professional pest control service or keep up with routine treatments. Queen termites can lay up to thousands of eggs per day, meaning these pests can spread quickly. You may need to combine DIY treatments and professional extermination services to get rid of a termite infestation.

There are several ways to make your yard a less attractive habitat for moles. Protect your garden beds by installing a fence or other barrier about 2 to 3 feet deep around your garden.

Moles eat insects, so grub removal is another important way to prevent moles from destroying your yard.

Likewise, remove tree stumps, dead leaves, and other debris that attract insects to your lawn. Some plants will deter moles as well, including daffodils, marigolds, crown imperial, and alliums, like garlic or onions.

Trees that provide a habitat to bats and an abundance of bugs—their main food source—will attract bats to your yard. Because the North American landscape has changed so much in recent years, bats have a harder time finding trees with cavities to shelter in. If your yard has a dead or dying tree with a lot of sun exposure, bats will likely be drawn to it because trees with those features are less common.
