"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, there are enough Pest Control Companies that conduct business in an ethical manner, save yourself the headache before its too late. They claim to service from property line to property line but yet, I have the same pests as I did before. Due to this, I called to cancel my service after 2 full servicing's and one spot treatment and not seeing a reduction in pests. Nothing is more frustrating than paying for a service and still have to deal with the inconvenience in which the service is suppose to alleviate. During the cancelation, I was told I would be responsible for the cancelation fee, to which I was reluctant because they were not providing the services they had promised and there for not holding up their end of the deal. I can understand differently if it was due to my own reasons and not the quality of service they are providing. Regardless of my position on the cancelation fee, their contract states I have 30 days to remit payment, but ins"

"They lied and took my money. I was told I had a level 2 in a rental house I only lived in for 3 months. I paid over $200 and still saw roaches every day. The tech said I wouldn’t take them with me if I moved because it wasn’t that bad. Moved into a brand new house and saw a roach in the kitchen within 3 days. When I called to see if they would help me, the rep on the phone was very rude and unprofessional and basically said no but would have someone call me. I reached out for help only to be robbed and to have to pay someone else for the same thing. Don’t hire these guys, they don’t care about their customers after they get their money."

Bug bombs do not typically eradicate a pest infestation completely. The bug bomb chemicals cannot reach into the small cracks and crevices that pests like to live in, so it may not reach every live bug. However, if you live in an area prone to ticks, termites, and ants, you'll likely need at least an annual pest control service. If the problem is persistent and significant, you may need quarterly or monthly service.
