"We absolutely LOVE Spotless Solutions. We are so busy, we have them come out once a week during the school year and twice a week over the summer. They do an outstanding job on our house. They are sweet to our animals. There is often cash left out and jewelery exposed. We have never had an issue with any of their integrity. We have had them clean our camper as well. They cover all of our needs. I would 100% recommend them."

"I love the fact that they were not afraid to offer different suggestions. And even though I thought I had in my mind a pretty good picture of what I wanted, it wasn't until I was able to see how much better there suggested color palette and design worked better for the space. They take their time and pay attention to details. They did other work outside the scope of the plan and didn't charge extra. I will be hiring them again for future projects."

"I needed someone to perform a move-in cleaning for my new house from top-to-bottom! Ms. Williams was extremely professional, very informative of the services they offer, gave a free estimate and was easy to schedule with. She and her ladies arrived on time and thoroughly cleaned the entire house and every nook and cranny. I definitely recommend her!"

"She listens, recommends, takes notes and does a thorough job. She is willing to make adjustments as needed. When asked, she makes recommendations on what the customer can use or do when they clean for themselves. I appreciate that she gives a heads up call about a half hour prior to her services to make sure things haven't changed and we are ready."

Floor Polishers questions, answered by experts

Yes, you can mop hardwood floors with a damp flat or string mop as long as it is not soaking wet. Always avoid leaving standing water or fully soaking your hardwood floors, even if they are properly finished. A slightly wet mop, with or without cleaning solutions, will not damage the wood.

Professionals use HEPA vacuums, industrial-strength cleaners, and microfiber cloths for effective cleaning without damaging surfaces.

Yes, options like MDF or polyurethane require less upkeep while maintaining style.

While every professional home cleaner will have their own preference, most will use a commercial floor cleaner specifically manufactured for laminate floors. They will also use a vacuum or microfiber cloth to remove loose grit before breaking out the mop. Some cleaners will also make a final pass with a dry and clean cloth to dry your laminate floors for a smooth shine.

Maintenance includes regular cleaning with appropriate products, periodic sealing to protect against staining and wear, and addressing minor issues before they escalate.
