Owner has 45 years experience. We do both residential & commercial remodeling specializing in kitchens and bath remodels. We are licensed, bonded and insured. On larger project we take weekly draws against completed work - no up-front money. We are members of the BBB with an A+ rating.We have six employees and one office manager and utilize a number of sub-contractors to handle most any project you have.

"The work was beautiful upon completion. Just shy of a year after construction was completed, the seam of the add-on began to leak. James was called and came out to take a look. He and a few guys added caulk ( I assume - wasn't told) to try and fix the issue. Shortly thereafter, we had another bout of storms and the seam still leaked. James was called once more and stated that he had never had this issue before. He came out again and then stated that the problem was the roof slant/chimney and would need another approximately $4,000.00 dollars to fix. Needless to say, not happy with that one."

"Very good, crew was very knowledgeable and professional, only one issue occurred during installation, we had a metal roof installed and as the crew began installation about half way through discovered that they were eight sheets of metal short and couldn't finish the job, this caused about a seven day delay on completion. We are very pleased with the finished product though, looks great."

Stucco siding is the most energy-efficient option on its own, but you can choose insulated vinyl, insulated metal, or insulated brick or stone facade siding that improves energy efficiency even further. These options include a layer of foam insulation under the siding to reduce heat transfer between your living space and the exterior. If you live in a particularly sunny climate, a reflective option like insulated steel or aluminum siding can maximize efficiency.

It’s possible to install vinyl siding over stucco, and if the stucco is in decent condition, it’s unlikely you’ll run into any issues. However, if you see water damage or mold growth on your stucco, or you have ongoing problems with your EIFS siding, including leaks, it’s best to remove the stucco first. This will reduce the risk of mold growth and pest infestation, allowing your pro to access and replace any damaged sheathing.

Clapboard is considered to be eco-friendly, as it is mostly sourced from sustainable natural resources and it has insulating properties. Clapboard is more sustainable than vinyl siding materials, which are made of plastic. Clapboard made from fiber cement can also be considered environmentally friendly. This material mimics the look of wood without the impact of deforestation.

Signs that you need to replace your siding include siding that’s warping, bubbling, or cracking; signs of rot or mold growth; fading, peeling, or chipped siding or paint; or siding that’s separating from the exterior of your house. Failing to replace your siding when it’s damaged can lead to moisture problems or structural damage, so promptly repair or replace siding as soon as you notice any of these signs.

While vinyl siding's lifespan of 20 to 40 years is impressive for the cost, other siding options can actually last much longer. Stucco siding can last 50 to 80 years when properly maintained and is only a bit more expensive than vinyl. Fiber cement is similar in that it’s a little more expensive but lasts more than twice as long. Stone and brick last the longest, often more than 100 years, but they’re the most expensive siding materials.
