"It went beautifully! Mr. Lopez is a true artisan and took great care repairing my ceiling. He was punctual, professional, hard working, meticulous and neat. Every evening he cleaned up before he left. He treated my home and belongings with respect and care. My ceiling looks truly amazing! Thank you, Mr. Lopez!"

"DAV Construction was hired to replace a damaged roof and gutters. They did a professional job of discussing the bid with me. However, this was more than a roofing job. I had an issue with water seeping through my second floor brick that continued to damage my interior and patio cover. We all thought it was a poor trim installation. Alex took a hard core position of helping me correct the problem. We had to repair any openings in the existing brick and applied a water sealant. I even had a phone call several months later after a heavy rain storm to see if we had any visible leaks. All was good and the extra effort was was high on the scale of taking care of the customer. I would personally recommend Alex and his team to anyone."

"Roof Services recently put a new roof on my house. It looks amazing and I am so very pleased! The job was completed in one day. From the start to the finish of this job, all the workers were very professional, worked hard, and it was apparent that they took pride in their workmanship. Justin, the supervisor on the job, was absolutely wonderful and patient with me as he thoroughly answered all of my questions. The workers did a great job of cleaning up after the roof was completed. They did not leave one piece of trash, shingle cuttings or nails in my driveway or yard. If you need a new roof, I highly recommend that you call Michael, owner of Roof Services. He is very honest and dependable and uses high quality materials which was very important to me. You will be very pleased just as I was."

"Everything went fantastic. I highly recommend them. Great workers who cleaned up promptly. Couldn't have a bad thing to say about them. Keep up the good work!"

Remodeling and everything in between. Commercial and Residential

"I had a good experience with this company in the past for some construction work.. I recommended them to my sister in Woodland for some remodeling work and designing, and the last time I visited her I was surprised at how nice the renovation was in her house. What I like the most about it was the dropped ceiling with the spot lights and the unique colors. I also liked the quality of the hardwood flooring and tile. It was really nice. I will definitely call you soon for some updates in my house and I hope I will receive a good discount. Thanks."

"I provided them with the exact template I wanted for the Kitchen island (they cut it exactly to the template I provided).  All other counter-tops were cut as specified.  The installers overlooked an "out of plane" area near the sink (an area that needed better leveling).  The stone showed a crack in the weak corner (front left) of the sink, the crew alerted me of this (good practice).  The next day, I called Lowe's, who called the contractor to meet at the house.  After inspection, they agreed the slab had to be replaced (it was the largest piece of the installation, measuring about 10 feet.  Luckily they had one slab left of the same family; On the new installation, they ensured to level the area to prevent another crack.
The reason for my grading them A is because these type of "after-the-fact" installations are hard to do and, decisions fall on the criteria of the installing crew.  However, when the company stands behind their installers (they pay for the installer training and criteria), and the end result is of good quality, other than the time and mess aggravation, I got what I paid for in the end.   It is September 2014, as of this review the stones are doing their job, my wife is still happy, and we have no problems with the installation.
