Customer service has been strenuous to work with - finally offering a paltry 10% refund after weeks of a tug-of-war of me sharing pictures of defects and them giving false assurances. Looking back in hindsight, I should have invested a little more to buy from a local retailer where pride in workmanship, quality and customer service are valued."

"It went so well and they did exactly what the contract said that they would do. Our contract was specific that left nothing to misunderstand about what I wanted done or they to do. They were working with 24 year old oak cabinets and were exact in matching corners & fronts of those old cabinets. It all looks so good. I worked with the owners daughter. The owner was very nice also. The carpenters were a pleasure to work with. They did their work and then the owner would call or text me to ask it there was anything that needed their attention. The payment process was excellent in that it was all done on Intuit and could come directly out of my checking account."

Millwood Cabinets premium boxes are constructed of all plywood (premium). We offer a standard grade particle board box as an economy line. 3. Premium Grade boxes have 1/4" plywood backs. Standard grade boxes have 1/8" masonite backs. 4. Top Grade Materials. We use the best grade (FAS or equivilant) materials available for making face frames, drawer fronts, and doors for cabinets in our best efforts to insure even and matching color for a better finish. 5. Amerock fully-concealed four-way adjustable hinges. Standard on our cabinets. 6. No nail or staple holes in face frames. 7. Dadoed top & bottom shelves and end panels. 8.
