"Wow! Troy and Shawn took our out of date knotty alder cabinets and made them brand new. They filled in the holes and the kitchen is now light and bright with bright white cabinets. We did the center island in a black magic and it was a work of art. We also changed our wall paint from beige to agreeable gray. This was no easy task with the great room being 20-25 feet tall. "It's hard to find reliable, trustworthy repair people of any kind. Well, I found H&K and the reviews led me to hire them. I cannot stress how impressed I was with Henry's attention to detail, pride in his work and friendliness. He explained what it would take to do the job and the cost. I had to have a bridge cabinet cut down to fit a combination microwave/vent hood over the range. He did this expertly and even helped install the microwave/vent hood. He also had to do some electrical to that same cabinet. Our job also included tile backsplash on two walls. Henry went way above just doing a good job, he went the extra mile to make sure the wife and I were satisfied..................... WITHOUT ASKING or pushing him, like some contractors you run in to. If you need any home repair done, H&K would be one of the first, if not the first, to contact for a bid. I won't bother getting quotes from another. "They came quickly and gave us a comparable quote. They use quality paint and primer. They move furniture to the center of the room. Cover everything with plastic and cover the floors. They cover the floors with paper from the front door to all of the rooms. They arrive on time and are very professional and quiet. These guys know how to paint and do a great job. They clean up and take everything they used away. They leave the extra paint and leave the place as it was when they arrived but with fresh paint. You don't pay until they finish the work. I will use them for all of our future paint or staining projects. Jason and Maria are a good couple and they worked hard to create a great buisness of 16 years."
