"I couldn?t be happier with the painting work! The painter was professional, punctual, and paid great attention to detail. The finish is clean, smooth, and exactly what I was hoping for. They took the time to prep everything properly and left the area spotless when the job was done. The quality of work really stands out, and the price was fair for such excellent results. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch painting services."

I've lived in Dallas for only a little while, but it already feels like home, I started this company because I wanted to be my own boss and build my own future. I am easygoing, I like to have fun with the process!. I most want my customers to know I always put myself in my customers shoes, treat their home like my own.

Small jobs welcome

Hello, my name is Richard Lozano, a US Navy veteran, a TDLR licensed and registered electrician, providing a variety of services to bridge the gap between a general contractor and specialized professional services to provide affordable home services to those in need. I'm polite, professional and timely. I offer a wife variety of services and have gained my experience through real life application. I work, quickly, safely and with great consideration to my clients property. Rest assured if I'm provided the opportunity to be off service, I'll execute the tasks at hand with care and detail as well as clean. In addition, I take great care of myself, so I'm always ready to take on most any task. I always appreciate the opportunity to be off service and look forward to being of service.

"All of the work was done as described and in a timely manner. Alvaro (president) explained the process and answered any questions we had. The crew was punctual, courteous and respectful of the property. Windows, doors and vigas were taped off, drop cloths were used where material would splatter. After the completion of the project everything was cleaned up and put back in place. The workmanship is outstanding and the house looks brand new."

Deck Staining questions, answered by experts

Routine cleaning, sealing/staining, and inspection prolong deck life and appearance.

Liquid rubber is great for waterproofing, but it can damage your deck if it’s not applied correctly. First, it can trap moisture in the wood if the deck isn’t completely dry before application.  Second, applying it too thickly can create a heavy, rubbery surface layer that peels and cracks under fluctuating temperatures. For the best results, ensure the wood is completely dry before application, and apply the liquid rubber in thin, even coats. A quick inspection every now and then will help you catch any issues early, keeping your deck protected and looking its best.

Unless you’re using a 2-in-1 formula or painting over an existing coat of paint, it pays to apply a coat of primer ahead of your new paint. Decks see a lot of footfall and exposure to extreme and sudden temperature changes and moisture levels. The primer promotes better paint adhesion, moisture repellency, and a smoother finish, which means you’ll often need fewer coats of paint.

Provided conditions are ideal, staining an entire deck should take as little as a couple of hours and up to a couple of days to apply and cure. Additional procedures, like sealing a deck or using additional treatments, may extend the project by a few additional days.

The opposite is actually true: Wood stains tend to appear lighter when they’re fully dry. However, stains may darken as they weather and oxidize with age. Stains might also darken on surfaces left in direct sunlight, as UV rays can break down pigment particles and cause them to darken over time.
