Once the system is installed, they cannot be bothered to answer phone calls or text messages. If you have an emergency, you will be left out in the cold. "The Tatsch pump guy cut one pvc pipe and drained the bladder tank. Told me I needed a new bladder tank, and that I could get one from tractor supply. He charged us 190.00 and left. I got a tank from tsc and installed it myself, which was his recommendation. I now still have the same problem and have not only been out his service call fee, but also the price of the new tank. When I called them about it, all I got was voice mail and no return call. Very unprofessional. A total waste of money and time and now I have to call someone else that actually knows what they are doing."
