Leaves things in better condition than they were before he started. If there is a problem, he discusses your options. I bought a house last year, when he went to clean the return air ducts he discovered they were stuffed with filthy insulation (the contractor for the previous homeowner was lazy); he explained that it should not be there. No wonder my air conditioner was working sooo hard last year. We cleaned it out and he helped me seal the hole where pipes were going under the house to keep bugs from coming up.
