His quote to do the job was $115 less that another quote. Great value, price, speed, and service. btw he brought along his wife, as a bonus on the side she gave me some great perma-culture tips. Would definitely use again."

More bids/estates came in much higher than theirs AND I also learned from others I could buy my own water heater and pay a plumber for insulation only. So I got a new WH and an extended warranty on it. Mother Plumber sent a Fantastic-informative-polite technician Matt to install and warranted his work. "I had a terrible smell coming from the faucets at the front of my house (We have two systems in this house and the back part is fine?no smell). The plumbers were prompt and professional; They diagnosed a bad water heater and replaced it for $3,000+, but the smell never left! I have called the office several times but the problem has not been corrected. They even tried to blame my water softener, but if that was the case I would have smelly water in all of the house, not just the front! I talked with another plumber who told me that the problem was definitely with the water heater! So, their initial service was good, but service after the sale is zero!!"

Which Rick Ellis did he cleared the main line, and a branch line took considerable effort, and time but he got the job done. Was very polite and keep me appraised of what was going on, and what needed to be done. Also even cleaned up the work area when he finished. Costs for labor, and work were fair."
