"The terrible customer service and very poor communication from the salesman Joaquin turned this into a very slow and painful process. Still waiting on my carpet to be installed so I am not sure about quality yet. They have it, and I have paid them but they just can't seem to get it together enough to put me on the installation schedule. No matter how many times I call or email and leave my correct call back number. Not to mention how long I took me to get the quote and actually get the carpet ordered because of poor communication and lack of attention to detail. Joaquin even blamed me for his mistakes. Mistakes happen, but rude behavior and unprofessionalism shouldn't . This was for a rental property I own and my other properties that need work in the future will surely go through Lowes. Too bad I already gave this place my money."
