I tell everybody to use Lowery, they are the nicest people, they came in a lower bid price and now that I already paid the air conditioner off the help me out with financing at 9% so I could get my maintenance plan I'm older and so I pay him for five years of maintenance so it doesn't cost me all that up front money for maintenance.

Lowery made a package $$$ for entire job. Somehow we failed to get back half of home (water heater, vent and pipes) updated which we thought was included in cost of package. We were told it was our mistake, an expensive mistake. Make sure to get detailed list. Lowery does great plumbing not great at articulating on deals.

Lowery told us the pipe was broken and a large section of pipe would need to be replaced for a quoted price of $15,000. We decided to get a second opinion, and when the other plumber sent a pipe through, he said the pipe was not broken and did not need to be replaced. He also said that if the section of pipe involved had needed replacement, he could probably have done it for less than $5,000.

,said they needed to run tv down to see where obstruction was , next day ,they came out to chk lines ,tv wouldnt go in washer drain,chked main line, told me the greenfield was bad, needed to replace with new plastic line ,was cost prohibitive, end of storythey left is a huff and a cloud of dust.------- (this is the 3rd time i have entered this form ,what is the problem???)

The next morning as promised, three very professional Lowery technicians came and replaced two full Trane X20i systems (20 SEER) before 3pm. The detail, professionalism, quality, value, and response are unmatched in Lubbock. We will never use anyone else for our HVAC and plumbing needs. They deserve an A+++

I called lowery 08052013 and they said they could not come until tomorrow. Luck for me they had someone cancel. They called and said they could come today. The worker was there in about 30 min. He was friendly and professional . He checked the drain and said the drain was unclogged. He asked if i just wanted to pay for a service call of 39.50 or if i wanted him to clean out the drain. I told him to clean the drain and he did.

We have been waiting about a week for another plumbing company to come. The day they were supposed to come they called to cancel so I called Lowery. They came the same day, assessed the problem, cleaned out the drain, tested it, and talked to me about some other obvious needs he saw. No pressure to have these other services done, just fyi, since I'm new to Lubbock. Like how often water heaters and A/C's need to be serviced here. The tecnician was very polite (Tommy).
