"Please go somewhere else but not here, we contact Gabriel to do our irrigation sprinklers system, we noticed since the very beginning he was being very shady and even lazy to dig enough into the soil even with the gas trencher, we asked him to make sure he dig enough to not having pipes exposed on surface. Very unprofessional, no insurance or any warranty of any kind. we paid $4,000 for the full system.,Since the very beginning we faced multiple issues, just to mention the first week the system won’t turn on, he come back saying that the memory card or SD card on controller system was broken, multiple calls and wait time for him or his crew to repair everything. We have over 8 leakage problems, hoses and PVC tubes exposed on surface and even electrical cables! Gabriel has no insurance over any of his jobs , no invoice or even written quote was given to us. When we ask for his insurance he denied to respond, when we ask for the service quote or service invoice as all pay off, he just say that he don’t need to give us one. We asked him to at least repair what was broken and make sure that his job don’t represent a life threatening situation like having exposed wire on the outside soil. "FRAUD! Insisted I pay upfront for the services and never came back to finish job! Told me he’s not coming back. He gave me $200 back out of $3500. Ignored me for MONTHS! Bullied me into paying upfront and now I’m having to sue and pay someone else to finish job. Caused me a lot of stress and anxiety! Wish I could have used someone else! DONT USE HIS COMPANY! "My family and I started the process of getting a generator back in May. We signed the necessary documents and work began the beginning of June. The main purpose of us getting a generator was for us to no longer be without power during Texas horrible storm season. We have an elderly disabled veteran and now a 9-month-old that resides here so it was imperative that we got the generator. This business lacks communication and accountability! We had to reach out several times in order for them to complete this process. After Hurricane Beryl left us without power for four days, they finally came and completed the job. NOW..we have a d*** gas leak!!! We called them regarding this and they made it seem as if this was normal and would send someone out to look. That never happened. Our neighbor ended up calling Centerpoint due to smelling gas and that's when it was discovered that we had a gas leak. This could've ended tragically for my family and myself and even the neighborhood. Since Centerpoint was here, they did end up shutting off the generator. So now we're back to square one with no generator and no phone call from when this matter will be resolved from the d*** company after I've made several phone calls, text messages, and emails."
