came by and climbed into the attic to look at unit. found that the duct had come loose from the blower and insulation had been sucked into the blower. Said that the whole unit would either need to be replaced or removed from the attic to clean and that I would have to put in an attic ladder...

All of the work performed with the exception of the cabinet hardware they installed was a complete disaster.   The granite on the bar area had to be removed and reinstalled because they did not cut it correctly at the angles, and it was not leveled.  They fixed this but still is not leveled...
