"It was all right; we didn’t really get anything worthwhile out of it.  She was pleasant to work with, it is just what she advertised versus what we got was way out.  There was nothing really robust about it.  She was polite and pleasant to talk to and what not but her work wasn’t that great. "

"Sam is kind, careful, attentive, skilled and responsive. In addition to being a very good contractor, he was very kind to my elderly mother when Dad died in the middle of the project. He gave her advice, helped her with choices, and worked hard to improve the safety of her home. He also was conscientious with costs, and communicated well regarding the budget and progress of the project. Sam handled everything associated with the master bath remodel, including plumbing, tile work, electrical and ADA issues. He calls himself a handyman, but is much more than that."
