I called Jess, because his business has been a long-term supporter of the Dallas Harlequins, and he got me set up with my insurance, and the process was on with this request: "As soon as the weather allows, gitter done" (because for weeks, you couldn't). "All work was done in a timely, professional manner.  Shingles and majority of the work was done within two days with a few items finished a few weeks later-a skylight that had to be ordered, etc.
Everyone did a top notch job.  The roofers even went over the grounds two times picking up nails after the job was done, and did a very good job at that.  They were very pleasant folks.  We were glad to have them do the work.
After the ridge vents were installed, I noticed s savings in my electric bill, too.  We wee able to raise our thermostat by 3 degrees and still stayed cool in the last few hot days of summer.  Ridge vents are definitely the way to go.
