I suspect there are still neighborhoods that are recovering. I can't imagine the damage that might have been done to an unfinished roof. (Plus, with the radiant barrier, my electrical bill is down, and the new tiles are so much more massively durable, I can be confident in another very long run before roofing maintenance.)"
