"Tony was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. When the door was ready from the vendor, he picked it up and installed it, clearing out the rotten jamb wood parts and sealing it better than the previous one in. I'm a bit paranoid about air/water sealing, so I'll be touching up some as things settle, but overall Tony did a good job and even came an extra day when things ran over."
