Upon arrival he identified where the tank was, explaining exactly where the tanks and lines were and their purpose. When he opened it, he said the tank was within "operating level". But it had been 3 years so I decided to have it done anyway. After cleanout the stoppage was still there and he showed me where the problem in the line was; which was where the plumbers hit the kink between the house and tank. Although it wasn't his job, he cleared the line from the house again at no charge. He explained exactly what I needed to show the plumbers and told me if the plumbers did not agree to dig up the line and repair the connection, he would come back out and do it. I highly recommend The Honey Dipper. This was about as pleasant of an experience one could expect from a septic tank problem. He was extremely professional and knows his business. I called State Roofing, first on the 27th and they assigned me an estimator and they told me that its up to the estimator to contact me within 24 hours, but I never heard back from the estimator. I also contacted them today, the 30th, to find out why the estimator hasn't contacted me since It has been 3 days. The lady on the phone was also rude when I called them and acted like she just wanted to get me off the phone rather then actually help me. She offered to give me the estimators number, but I feel like it is his responsibly to call me, not for me to have to call him. Or their responsibly to contact the estimator, since he is their employee, and get him to contact me. They also called me a "lead" over the phone and I really didn't appreciate that. At this point I am ready to say that I will take my business elsewhere if I don't hear back from this estimator today.
They replaced several beams under the home for me. They completed the job in just 1.5 days. It was a fair price for the work they did. They even replaced some of the old tile siding they had to remove to complete the work. That was tedious work but did it till it was done right. I couldn't...
We found Graff's Next 2 Natural Turf at the Corpus Christi, TX Home & Garden Show. We wanted to remove our real grass from the backyard and replace with turf. We talked to Phillip Elbert about what we were wanting to do and he drew up a plan and met with us a few days later. We...

Fine people and very cordial. They removed one 45-year-old oak tree, trimmed three more, and removed three tallow trees. They had some equipment problems and underestimated the breadth of the project, which extended the estimated length to do the job by 3 days. However, they held true to the...

A professional lead paint removal company should remove any lead-based paint from your home. You should not remove or paint over it yourself because handling lead-based paint poses health risks, according to the EPA. Professionals trained and certified to handle lead-based paint abatement use specialized equipment like HEPA vacuums and methods like chemical stripping and abrasive blasting to remove paint and particles as safely as possible. They are also trained on how to properly dispose of lead-based paint material.
