Like my experience with Cincinnati Gutter boys, the service, professionalism, and job quality was outstanding. It was a HUGE job (picture is for a portion of only the top deck), with a lot of need for coordination, but they took it on at a very fair price and did an amazing job. Even our general contractor's finish carpenter commented on what a great job they did and in my experience, contractors rarely praise someone else's work. "I gave one of managers at HHI my punch list of items to be fixed. It included almost every spectrum of work except HVAC and plumbing. The manager actually BID the job, instead of quoting a price per the hour. This was extremely refreshing as I knew from the get go that ALL the work would be completed and there was no question of how much. I thought the amount agreed upon was fair. Two techs showed up to my house, on the scheduled day, at the scheduled time, and they quickly went to work, knocking out the easier items first and the buckling down on the more difficult. They finished all the work in a good amount of time and best of all, it was all done correctly and professionally.
