Hi, I am Rachel. I love cleaning often times it is therapeutic to me. I have been cleaning for 10 years. I have cleaned a wide variety of places from homes, offices to surgery rooms. My experience has made me good at what I do and my customers are always pleased with my work.

Im a clerk at the USPS by night and a caregiver by day. I don't house keeping and i run errands as a caregiver.

"My computer (Windows XP) was running very slow and had become almost inoperable. It was taking a very long time to process anything, especially anything to do with the internet. IE was taking 100% of the cpu most of the time. Jim worked on my computer remotely for several days defragging, cleaning, anti-virus, malware, etc., but could not get it to perform anywhere near where it should. We decided that I needed a new computer. Jim built me a new computer (Windows 7 with racing stripes). The new system works very well and I am pleased with it. When Jim switched my files over from old to new, the Kodak Easy-Share program with my pictures did not get transferred. He has promised to make that transfer when he installs a new door covering the DVD reader which was broken upon setup. I will update this review when this occurs. I am very pleased with the new system and would do it all over again if a similar situation were present.

"Sales process was good, courteous and helpful. Installation instructions were easy to follow. Did have a small issue with one sensor which was easily solved with a call. Control panel is easy to use and well constructed. Phone app is the best part. Not a big fan of a 2 year contract and the monthly rate feels a little high, but definitely a decent system. I had emailed them a question pertaining installing on double hung windows and never received a reply, but other than that their phone support prior to that was good."

"I really like them. They do a really good thorough job. They have been working out really great. Everything about them is great. They are real friendly and they are all business. They get the job done and they do it well. I am just happy with them. They will do window cleaning but it is an extra charge and I haven't made arrangements for that. It is $162 for 4 hours for 2 people."

At 8:30 on 9/1 I received a follow up email and at 8:40 a call from the assigned service provider. The service provider arrived within the scheduled window and performed the repair. Cost of the repair without the warranty would have been $199."
