"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

She worked extremely hard and the house was left spotless. I had indicated a few surfaces in our living room with precious and fragile items that I preferred to dust myself. My only complaint would be a cleaning product used at least in one bathroom that emitted a very strong smell. Next time I'll offer my own tried and true products and hope that won't cause a problem. I would love to hire Dallas Maids again. They are highly rated for a reason and I'm thrilled that this great company services my part of town."
