We have full time office staff to receive and direct calls as-well-as field supervisors to ensure the customer has someone to discuss specific needs during the working process. Scott the owner came to our house to give estimate and show us different products we can go with for our roof replacement. We decided to go with the Tilcor stone coated steel product with ice & water shield underlayment. They did an awesome job with the install. Ashley and Samantha at the office were also wonderful with answering our questions and keeping us informed throughout the process. This was a big project so naturally we were anxious and John and Scott were very helpful if we had any worries or questions which made us feel better with their knowledge and fast response. I would definitely recommend Bayfront roofing for your roofing needs and will keep them in mind when we need to replace a roof with our rental property."

"Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."
