"Job was never finished after we made final payment in full and in good faith. We did this as Ben needed to pay his crew. Ben promised completion - touchups and additional carpentry detail we paid extra for - in addition to a final project walkthrough which never occured. After 4 weeks of asking to schedule completion, many no shows and false promises we have given up as texts and emails are no longer answered. Additionally, as part of the project we were instructed to purchase incorrect flooring and cannot get our money back from vendor without a substantial restocking fee. In total, we are out about $800 with the incorrect flooring and labor that was never completed. Moreover, Ben went over the original estimate by double. We understand an estimate is not meant to be perfect, but the overall project has proven to be disappointing and costly. Team never finished cleanup, leaving us to dispose of large items and use paint remover to scrub spilled paint off of furnishings."

"Overall Mario is a decent guy but left my entire project hanging after being Paid. There were still some final touches to be done and Mario just disappeared and stop responding to my calls & Text. I will never recommend this person to do any work after the trust I put into him. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS REMODELING COMPANY FOR ANY WORK. Few things that Mario didn't do that felt sketchy after I asked of him for a few times. - Receipts for Materials - Warranty Paperwork for the Work completed - Didn't follow the Backsplash pattern so backsplash had to be redone - Tried to Cover holes with trimming - Dented my new Dishwasher, Lost parts & didn't install it properly I can blame myself for not asking him for an actual contract before working so everything is in writing but I hope that this review will help someone else realize that he is not a good person to work with overall. Whenever you are working with a Remodeling company protect yourselves and ask for everything in writing before agreeing to any working or payment. Lesson learned."
