Instead of a straightforward response, I received a confusing ?word salad? citing weather, scheduling, and equipment issues as reasons they could not do our job. If I hadn?t reached out, it?s unclear whether we would have been notified at all?likely a no-show. Their lack of communication and last-minute cancellation caused unnecessary stress and delays. Lesson learned: Don?t rely on their word or schedule. There are plenty of other contractors who are professional, reliable, and communicative?avoid this company if you want your project completed on time."
