"Great service, friendly & trustworthy team. I called for a cleaning and needed a chimney cap. When the guys inspected the chimney they found it did not need to be cleaned. Appreciated the honesty. "I originally called for a gas fireplace repair. When Scott first came out, he checked all the gas lines inside my home for leaks. He found one in the attic to my home's furnace. The connection was so loose that he didn't even need a tool to disconnect it! I went up in the attic with him and saw him test it with his machine. I am so glad that he checked it because who knows how long that could have leaked or even caused a fire. I also hired him to repair the gas fireplace which was admittedly more than I anticipated in cost, but I also realize that not a whole lot of companies do the work and he was fair with his pricing considering the amount of time he put in. He also added finishing touches such as colored glass pellets and fake ashes. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the service and would definitely hire him again for any repairs I may need on the fireplace, AC or furnace. I would also recommend him highly! I learned a lot while he was here and will definitely be putting the fireplace to good use now that I know how cheap it is to run!"
