"Our time with Kingdom did not start or end well, we contacted them to perform a warranty repair on our LG gas range. On the day they were scheduled to come out and look at the oven, I called to confirm our appointment, they said they had no record of our appointment. A few days later, the service tech did finally arrive, he diagnosed the problem and said they would have to order the part. Three days later the office manager called and said the part had been ordered, that was the last we heard of any effort being made to repair our oven. What followed were days and weeks of frustration and unreturned phone calls, trying to talk to the office manager to find out what was going on. Going into six weeks of dealing with Kingdom to get our oven repaired, I called again to try and get answers. The operator relayed a message from the office manager saying that "this morning they just took it away from us", and we would have to contact LG to find another service center. When I called LG to find out what had happened, the representative said she showed no record of LG taking away the service call from Kingdom. After that, we did contact a different repair center, and the from the time we first contacted them, to the installation of the part to fix the oven, was 8 days. If Kingdom had a good reason to take six weeks not to fix our oven, they didn't share it with us"

"Quite literally the worst company I have ever worked with for anything in my whole life!! Unfortunately, I had to work with them because they were assigned through my home insurance. I think this company exists only to scam insurance companies and extend cases as long as possible. My ordeal with them lasted 5 months to fix a dishwasher issue. They visited the property 4 times, yet the issue remained unresolved, forcing me to switch to another vendor. They would pull stunts like telling me to pull and disconnect the dishwasher for them, or else they wouldn't show up to replace the parts. After installing the part, they wouldn't even bother to plug everything back in and test if it worked. They simply left, telling me to call the insurance company because their job "is only to replace the part." And good luck trying to contact anyone at this company."
