James provided an initial diagnostic over the phone, to determine that we had the type of dryer that is well made and may be repairable. When he arrived he tested the motor and determined it was the root cause of problem and would be too expensive to repair. A full replacement was recommended and we only paid for his trip fee. James is very courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. This is the second time I have called him, but first time he came to do work. We were very pleased with James and his service.

James was frank and professional. After determining he couldn't fix the dishwasher without parts, he got back to me and told me the cost of the repair would likely approach 2/3 to 3/4 the cost of a new machine. He said he could do the repair but realistically it wouldn't be worth it to me. I appreciated him promptly returning all my phone calls and voice mails during the process and would use him again.
