Hired to seal my back door and did a good job for the most part with the exception of the bottom corner which he did instruct me on how to do myself. Overall good service though and kept it cost effective. 5 stars.

Mr. Lutes arrived on time and completed the work I needed done to my satisfaction. I will definitely be calling him to do other jobs in the future. Also his charges for the job were very reasonable.

Lynn Lutes is a self-employed handy gentleman with exceptional skill, knowledge snd ability. He can be relied upon to get the job done beautifully, and he has the tools for every need. His talents really shine when it comes to carpentry where his experience and eye for detail really become apparent. Lynn was first suggested to me by a Hulen Bend neighbor who praised his varied work at her home, everything from moving sprinkler heads to drywall repair. He is reliable, on-time and bids his work quite fairly. His documentation is outstanding too, best I’ve ever seen which is saying a lot. I was a former construction project manager in the Army. Lynn does not pad, exaggerate or goof around. He’s factual, thorough, patient and goes beyond the required as if the project is for himself. You’ll be impressed with the quality and will likely be like me when he’s done, ready to hire him again!
