Recently relocated to Grayson County. We've been serving Texas and other states for 13 years in building ground up commercial buildings, additions, and renovations. We specialize in structural steel fabrication and erection, custom steel fabrication, gates and entryways. We were designing and building Barndominiums before people knew what they were. We do the job right or not at all. We guarantee our work, and we often takeover failing or abandoned projects and get the project completed. We've built and have tore down and rebuilt many very large churches. We've done a lot of historical renovations and dealt woth the historical regulations, etc. We've done a lot of work at The Grandscape in The Colony Tx. "Ryan and Spencer do a great job. They understand the intricacies of carpet cleaning and the chemistry around stains. They cleaned 6 rooms, including 3 with some puppy pet stains. Fantastic job. Others may seem cheaper, but these guys can get things done. They are thorough, professional, explain everything they are doing in advance, and execute on what they promise. They told us up front that some pet stains likely require them to come back. A few required them to return and they were very responsive. I would not hesitate to use them again."

"The gentleman called when he was about 15 minutes away. He cleaned the carpet and removed all stains. My kids blocked the bathroom sink why running water which drained into the hallway carpet. The gentleman did a great job in sucking all that water. After finishing cleaning he helped fix my vacuum cleaner which I was about to discard because it was not functioning properly. Very good family owned company. I will always use them until they choose to retire."

"Alex was great to work with. He was very methodical and really was concerned about doing the work correctly and not just installing tile. He was also very clean and didn’t leave a mess while working. He installed about 550 sq ft of wood look tile on the patio and 20 sq ft of decorative tile in the powder. Would highly recommend for a tile project."

"Ken came by to give me an estimate at my convenience and scheduled the cleaning according to my schedule. He was running a (very) few minutes late, and called to let me know. He was very thorough, and with the exception of a few old pet stains he had warned me about, the carpet looks great. After he left, I discovered he had forgotten to do a tiny powder room underneath my stairs. When I called him, he drove right back and did the cleaning right then."

"The team from Flooring Direct was very professional, arrived on time each day, and took good care of moving appliances to work on the floor. The old vinyl was at least 17 years old and took some time to remove properly, but the crew worked with smiles and cheerful attitudes. The new tile install went well -- attention to detail around corners and under appliances, baseboards, and the cleanup was much more than we would have expected. 2 days of their time and our kitchen truly looks new -- maybe even cleaner than when they started !! Thank you Flooring Direct !!"

Grout Tile Cleaners questions, answered by experts

Steam cleaning frequency depends on how dirty your floors get. Some people use a steam cleaner as their primary cleaning method, steaming their floors weekly. Others only break out their steam cleaner when the floors need a deep clean, which might be once a month or a few times a year.

You want the bonding process to get started but not finish before wiping away newly applied grout. That process takes about 15 to 30 minutes. Use a wet cloth or sponge to remove the grout, but keep in mind that it will continue to dry and cure. Drying and curing times vary by the type of grout, so read through the instructions to know when it’s safe to walk on or use the room in which you tiled.

Signs of mold under silicone caulk include discoloration or dark spots appearing through or around the caulk, a musty odor in the area, and visible growth on the surface of the caulk. Additionally, if the caulk feels soft or spongy, it could indicate moisture trapped underneath, which is a breeding ground for mold.

You can definitely regrout your backsplash without removing the tile. Much like regrouting a tile floor, you’ll have to remove the original grout carefully with a grout removal blade on a multi-tool or a dremel tool, being careful not to damage the surrounding tile. To get all of the grout, you’ll probably have to use a utility knife to get any stubborn pieces. Once the grout is removed, you can clean the area thoroughly and then add your new grout.

Bathroom mold tends to reappear due to the persistent presence of moisture and humidity, creating the ideal conditions for its growth. Since bathrooms are inherently humid environments, without proper ventilation, moisture accumulates on surfaces, providing a continuous food source for mold spores. Mold spores are present in the air and settle on damp surfaces to start growing rapidly. Additionally, if the underlying causes of mold, such as plumbing leaks or inadequate sealing, are not addressed, mold will return even after removal. To avoid recurring issues, addressing the root cause by improving ventilation, fixing leaks, and maintaining a dry bathroom environment through regular cleaning and maintenance is essential.
