They were prompt in coming to assess the cost of installing gutters, and when they realized I needed a little less than I had needed under the terms of the online deal (for a fixed number of feet), they gave me a competitive price for extending the gutters even past the linear amount allowed in the deal, so that we didn't waste any of the deal. Installation was prompt (a few days after the estimate). Since the gutters were installed, they have functioned quite well (I'm writing this about a year later). What's not to like?"
