"This is my first negative review ever but thought it was worth doing if it saves someone from the experience my wife and I had. Robert with Greentech Builders had asked me to write a review not far into our projects and unfortunately, I did and gave him a good one. We had several remodeling projects with the house we purchased and they started off ok but quickly turned very bad. We had a tub and two toilets replaced and out of three, one toilet and the tub were not installed correctly and leaked through our ceilings. He said he would repaint the areas but never did. An electric gate he installed never worked correctly and he did not come back to correct it. One project was having our kitchen tiled and was left with cracks in areas and not finished with quarter round trim but left with gaps along the cabinets and island. Robert said this wasn't included in the price but we paid probably 10% more than the next quote. In short, he charged us more than some other quotes and most every project turned out to be a mess. He didn't follow up and rarely if ever showed up to oversee his subs. The projects we had should have taken no more than a month or so at best but they drug on for nearly 7 months. We've had several different houses with many different projects but this turned out to be the worst experience we have had. My wife and I were very nice and patient with Robert which might have been one of our mistakes. He took advantage of that. Now I am finishing and correcting many projects that I paid a lot of money to Robert for. Hire Greentech at your own risk. You have been warned."

"We needed this job done pretty quickly? I contacted Hernandez Brothers and they went out in the next day or so. My daughter?s builder needed the land cleared asap. Job was completed perfectly, effortlessly on my part!! They went above and beyond and I would definitely recommend them and I will use them again!! This was a messy job and when they left, it was picture perfect!! Thank you guys!!!!"

"I was wanting a room affordable but not with a lot of glass. References were given and I could go see the work and called another to see what they liked about the room & if there were any regrets. I do not think I would have hired them if no references were given and I could not go see their work. This was very important to me and helpful. They were able to do a room that was more of a room addition with just 1 window and sliding door, giving me more of a look of a room addition. The material seems to be durable and placed correctly. We got rain a few times since, which was good so I could see if any water leaks and how the water was going through the gutter provided. No problem so far, I made a few changes and they were accommodating. The Installer, Jason, gave good suggestions as he worked according to the build. Work completed a few weeks ago and the electrician was just great, the following week. I would love to use him for my unexpected electrical needs....Angel "

"We hired A7 to update and repair several areas on our property and house that included laying a long horseshoe driveway and parking area with a 20 x30 carport, building a small 10×10 deck, replacing back door, rebuilding frontsteps, replacing bedroom carpet with laminate wood flooring, and finally painting the outside, including trim, of the house and the 12 ×30 shed. Shawn, Ethan, and team were on time and professional, and they paid attention to detail.
