"Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."

With a total devotion for customer satisfaction, if you are not completely satisfied we wont stop until we exceed your expectations. Our man made grass is a product that can definitely be used by you. If you own a house, live in a condo, own a business, work in childcare, even if you are in school, for sure you can save tons of water and bill payments related to natural grass maintenance. We say keep all the trees in the world, you know what -Plant a tree, plant one hundred trees, but please consider changing the natural grass since it is so consuming of our very limited water source and we need it for ourselves, let the trees and flowers provide us oxygen, and let the water savings begin!!!

"Manuel and his crew were excellent. They were able to start the job sooner than he originally said. They showed up early everyday had great work ethic and were very polite. They did an excellent job installing turf grass in my backyard. My big dogs love it. It is beautiful. I am so pleased. His price was far better than others and the quality of work is top notch."

"Right before my warranty expired the bathtub I had refinished started peeling on the area in front of the tub. When I called to get it fixed the office that did the original job was redistricted and would not service me so there was some back and forth with the new location in my service area taking responsibility for the repair. They finally agreed to do the repair but never completed it. The area they fixed was patched but never repainted to match the rest of the tub so it now looks white in some area's but a dingy gray on the patched area and now my warranty has expired."
